Biscoff seriously doesn't get the attention it's needed, am I right? Am I right?
Of course I am! Biscoff has been about for years but has clearly not been given the love that it deserves. This Biscoff Fudge is super, easy recipe for all you Biscoff lovers! #phoebeskitchen
“Most biscoffiest fudge.”
Recipe:
350g White Chocolate
100g Biscoff Spread
1 Tin of Condensed Milk(397g)
100g Biscoff Biscuits
Method:
Line a 9inch square tin with greaseproof paper
Melt white chocolate and biscoff spread in the microwave until melted, checking on it every 10seconds to avoid burning
Add melted picture to a mixing bowl and add tin of condensed milk
Fold together then add icing sugar and crushed biscoff biscuits
Fold together again and evenly disperse into tin
Melt the tablespoon of biscoff spread in microwave for 30seconds and then use a teaspoon to drizzle over the fudge
Sprinkle the crushed biscoff biscuit and add a few white chocolate stars
Leave to set for 3-4 hours
